The VTCT Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy General (500/8860/9) is a substantial vocational qualification that will confirm your competence as a beauty therapist. It is the perfect course for those who do not have 6-18 months to train and study.
This qualification will qualify you for employment as a beauty therapist. You will also be eligible to join a professional association and gain insurance as a beauty therapist. Career opportunities as a beauty therapist exist in a variety of contexts, including:
– Working in commercial beauty salons
– Working in destination and day spas
– Working independently/self-employed/mobile/home-based settings
You can also go on to complete our Advanced Skin Care Diploma where you can offer treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels.

Pre-requisites: VTCT Level 2 Facial and Skin Care or VTCT Level 2 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)

If you are interested to train in massage treatments and offer massage treatments as a business or working in a salon/spa then this qualification is for you. If you do not wish to train in massage treatments then the VTCT Level 3 in Access to Aesthetic Therapies is better suited as this allows you to focus on skin treatments with progression to level 4 qualifications.
Course Dates – Our courses are all tailored, this means you enrol as soon as you purchase a course. We arrange an onboarding call with you to go through your training plan and planned dates for face to face training. This can be arranged during the onboarding call or at a later date during your course.

The course is tailored to fit into your schedule. You will be registered onto online portal with easy access for viewing of tutorials reducing time in the centre. You will be required to do home study of treatment theory as well as assignments before you attend the practical training.
Practical assessments are done at the centre – duration will be discussed as a training plan is tailored to each trainee.
Due to the nature of this type of learning, you will need to be committed to self learning with our guidance.
If you are restricted with time due to personal/ work commitments than this course is ideal.

We do not offer online courses for training that requires you to learn a skill that can only be performed in practice alongside an experienced trainer. We ensure we offer practical courses that allows you to work on multiple models. We want you to be confident in the skill so you can start your business straight away.
We are not an Academy and we take pride in this. This means we offer more than just training you in a skill. We understand how difficult and overwhelming it can be to start a new business and our ethos is to provide guidance and support to get you started.
When you do practical training with us, it will either be 1-2-1 for a personalised experience or a maximum of 2 students per group. Our Online Masterclasses are purely online with a Q&A session scheduled at the end with Saarah.
All our F2F courses are either CPD, fully accredited or Ofqual Regulated allowing you to get covered by insurance providers once you are certificated or qualified. Our Online Masterclasses are designed to support experienced practitioners in mastering their existing skills, it is not a qualification.
